Baltimore Spirits Company is a state-of-the-art distillery located in the Union Collective Building. We combine Old World distillation techniques with artistic craftsmanship to create expressive spirits that can only come from bold, forward-thinking experimentation. Our range of spirits includes: Epoch Straight Rye Whiskey, Shot Tower Gin including the original, barreled and Skeleton Spirit expressions, a range of apple brandies from our mescal inspired Fumus Pumila to our more traditional Green is Gold and sweeter 1904 Apple Brandy Liqueur, and our Baltamaro, a series of Amari.
