Made In Baltimore is teaming up with Urban Manufacturing Alliance (UMA), a national non-profit that works to strengthen our manufacturing sector across the country. Together, we are collaborating on a study called the State of Urban Manufacturing (SUM).
We are working to understand the important role manufacturing is playing here in Baltimore and how policymakers can support your work. We know that manufacturing is a key part of our city’s economy and we need your help making the case for the value of the sector.
So we’re asking business owners in the maker/manufacturing sector to take a few minutes to complete our survey at www.madeinbaltimore.org/survey/ and tell us about your business. The results of this study will help us shape future Made In Baltimore programming, and help us advocate for your business.
25 survey respondents will be selected at random to receive a free day pass to Open Works, Baltimore City’s newest makerspace.
